Piling for Conservatories

So you have decided to get a conservatory and it is rather large but what do you do next? You need the groundwork done but just exactly what groundwork do you need done? Well the answer is very simple, you either need piling or mini piling.

What is Piling?

Piling is laying down building foundations usually in the form of steel piles. All piling work is done in situ meaning the raw materials are brought to the site and made into construction parts their. This is a lot more labor intensive than providing the parts ready made but it is a lot cheaper and more versatile. This piles are dug into the ground to provide security and stability for the building.

What is Mini Piling?

Mini piling is very similar to piling aside from the simple fact it is mini. Mini piling is generally used in places where space is tight. A good example of mini piling work being done would be on a conservatory, orangery or extensions as these are generally small projects ad more than likely what your conservatory requires.
